*Cats: $200 one-time non-refundable pet fee and $15 a month pet rent

Dogs: small (under 39 lbs) - $300 one time non-refundable pet fee and $25

A month pet rent/ or large over 39 lbs.) - $400 one-time non-refundable Pet fee and $35 a month pet rent.
